Procurement of a camera and other accessories

1.     Background

Accelerate Prosperity (AP) is a joint initiative of the Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) and Industrial Promotion Services (IPS) of the Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development (AKFED) in Central and South Asia. It aspires to work towards a society that is powered by innovative and successful young entrepreneurs. Through its services, AP extends tailored training, advice, and technical assistance to aspiring and existing entrepreneurs to help them launch or expand their innovative business ventures. It also extends tailored financing to startups and small growing businesses (SGBs) to help them unlock external investments by improving their bankability and investment readiness.

2.     Program Context

Start-up Pakistan is a project financed by German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) and implemented by Accelerate Prosperity. The initiative aims to scale up Accelerate Prosperity’s existing model of technical support and financing for businesses. It will expand into new geographies and across exciting sectors such as education, health, tourism & green economy, prioritizing digitization and environmental sustainability.

3. Request for Quotation:

Accelerate Prosperity Pakistan (AP-AKRSP) invites sealed quotations from interested and eligible suppliers for the procurement of the following items:

1. Compact 4K Handheld Gimbal Camera Creator Kit (DJI Osmo Pocket 4 Creator Combo or equivalent)
2. Dual-Channel Wireless Microphone System (DJI Mic 3 or equivalent)
3. LED Video Lighting Kit — 2 Units (UBeesize 2-Pack LED Video Light Kit or equivalent)

Note: The proposal should be on the Company letterhead with signature and stamp, with all terms and conditions and other relevant details should be mentioned clearly. You may use the attached financial proposal format.

General Terms & Conditions:

• Delivery term: DAP AP Office, Islamabad.
• AP reserves the right to reject and return the entire consignment if the delivered products are found to be of substandard quality or counterfeit.
• The supplier must provide a company profile, a valid registration certificate such as SECP, and a valid NTN certificate. (where applicable)
• The offer must include product images, brand names, brochures, and technical specifications, as applicable.
• Offers received after the specified deadline will not be considered.
• Quotation validity must be a minimum of 90 days
• All prices must be quoted in PKR inclusive of tax and delivery charges.
