Terms & Conditions:

1. Clearly mention unit prices, total prices, and any applicable discounts separately in the quotation.
2. Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (Income Tax and Sales Tax), as well as transportation and delivery charges up to Mardan. Quotations submitted without applicable taxes will not be considered for evaluation.
3. The books supplied must be freshly printed, original, and in good condition, free from any damage, missing pages, or printing defects.
4. Clearly specify delivery timelines and payment terms in the quotation.
5. The validity of the quotation must be at least sixty (60) days from the submission date.
6. Quotations must be submitted on the company’s official letterhead, duly signed and stamped.
7. Vendors must ensure that all required information and supporting documents are provided with the quotation.
8. HDF reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, wholly or partially, without assigning any reason thereof.
9. Incomplete, late, or conditional quotations may not be considered.
10. Delivery location: Mardan Region.
