Sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis

Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe (DKH), registered with the Ministry of Interior (MOI), invites sealed bids for the sale of its used vehicle on an “as-is, where-is” basis. Sealed bids must be submitted on or before 06 October 2026 (by 5:00 PM) at Office No. 204, 2nd Floor, Darwaish Tower, E-11/2, Islamabad.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

• The vehicle is sold without any warranty. All vehicle documents may be examined at Office No. 204, 2nd Floor, Darwaish Tower, E-11/2, Islamabad.

• All transfer costs shall be borne by the purchaser. DKH will facilitate the transfer process.

• The successful bidder must complete payment and vehicle transfer within one week of the award.

• Late or conditional bids, and any bid submitted without the required bid security, will not be accepted.

• DKH reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. DKH's decision shall be final and binding.
