Premier Star Technology (Private) Limited (PST) is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Islamabad. If you are passionate about IT, Cybersecurity and Technology Solutions, and have a proven track record in business development, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, customer visits, and other channels.

• Identify and develop opportunities across enterprise, banking, telecom, government, and corporate sectors.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to quotation, negotiation, PO closure, and post-sales follow-up.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

• Manage RFPs, RFQs, tenders, quotations, and commercial proposals.

• Coordinate with presales, technical teams, vendors, and distributors to develop suitable solutions.

• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technology opportunities.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in Technology Sales or Business Development.

• Understanding of Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Networking, Storage, Backup, or Enterprise Solutions.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

• Experience with RFP/RFQ/tender preparation and sales pipeline management.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

• Good command of English and MS Office.

• Experience working with technology vendors/distributors will be an advantage.
