Relief International (RI) seeks a qualified media and communications firm to design, produce, implement and evaluate a coordinated campaign for the Netherlands-funded RISE project. The campaign will promote the RISE hotline, RI mobile mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS) services, and district wellbeing centers, helping communities understand what support is available, where to obtain it and how to seek help safely.

The assignment covers Peshawar, Nowshera, Mardan, Haripur, Lower Dir and Swabi in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Quetta and Pishin in Balochistan. The adjusted project phase runs from 01 October 2026 to 30 November 2027. Contract commencement, campaign months and media expenditure will follow the approved procurement schedule and available budget; an award does not guarantee expenditure throughout the entire phase.

The firm will combine mass media with practical district-level visibility and service information. RI will retain responsibility for service delivery, clinical content, participant eligibility, safeguarding, hotline operations and final publication approval.
