Relevant Experience & Job Description:
Education and Experience: Ph.D or MSc (Hons) Agriculture Degree is required, complemented by a minimum of five years of progressive experience in an agriculture field.
Core Competencies: The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in sustainable, regenerative and climate smart agricultural practices, with a specific focus on the cotton.
Preference will be given to candidates with:
The impact manager will lead the measurement and analysis of outcomes related to sustainable agriculture, climate-smart practices, and regenerative agriculture, ensuring data-driven decision-making and real impact at the field level.
Develop impact indicators (productivity, soil health, water use, emissions, farmer income) and perform impact analysis (before/after comparisons, trend analysis) of male and female farmers and overall project.

This position is offered on a one-year contract basis with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements.
