Note: Attached are the standard BOQs, Final payment will be made on actual work done and on the mutual physical verification of both parties.

Terms & Conditions:

1-        Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes.

2-        Clearly specify payment terms in your quotation.

3-        Include a detailed work plan.

4-        Required PEC Certificate Minimum C4 with Subcode (CE09, EE11, EE04 &ME01).

5-        The validity of the quotation should be 60 days.

6-        Submit the quotation on your company letterhead, duly signed and stamped, ensuring it includes all requested information.

7-        Delivery location: As per the attached school list

8-        10,000/- PKR (refundable) in terms of demand draft / pay order must be accompanied with quotation / bid on account of bid security.

9-        Qualifier of the bid must submit 3% of the bid value as performance bond in shape of pay order / demand draft in the name of Human Development Foundation. This performance bond is refundable after 03 months of project completion.
