Health Education and Development Society (HEADS) is a non-profit, non-political, and non-governmental organization registered in Pakistan. HEADS was initially registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 in August 2013 and later licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017 in October 2025. HEADS works across Pakistan in humanitarian response and sustainable development programming.

Health Education And Development Society (HEADS) is inviting applications for Prequalification/Registration of Suppliers, Vendors, Contractors and Service Providers to establish a pool of reliable and experienced entities for the procurement of goods, works and services essential to our operational needs across Pakistan especially Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

This initiative aims to streamline organization’s procurement processes by prequalifying suppliers, vendors, contractors and companies that demonstrate professionalism, financial soundness, and operational excellence.

Prequalified entities / Successful applicants will be included in the HEADS Vendor Database for future procurement opportunities.

Applications for pre-qualification must be submitted in sealed envelopes either by hand,

or courier to the address mentioned below
