Position Summary
The Female Vocational Instructor will deliver market-oriented skills training to women and adolescent girls, aligned with Punjab’s skills demand (e.g., stitching, beautician, digital skills, handicrafts).
Scope of Work and Key Responsibilities
A. Training Delivery
- Conduct competency-based vocational training sessions.
- Align curriculum with market demand and Punjab Skill Development frameworks.
- Ensure practical, hands-on training (70% practical focus).
B. Gender & Safeguarding Compliance
- Ensure safe, inclusive, and culturally appropriate learning environment.
- Identify and report protection concerns.
C. Student Performance Management
- Track attendance, learning outcomes, and certification readiness.
- Support job placement or home-based enterprise linkages.

Minimum Qualifications
- Technical certification (TEVTA/PSDF preferred)
