Job Description:
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing with accurate HR data.
- Handle employee queries and assist in grievance management.
- Coordinate performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage clearance processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Hands-on experience with Sidat Haider HR Software is mandatory.
- Experience with HRIS and strong MS Excel skills will be an advantage.
