Pak Mission Society invites you to submit sealed quotation against the attached (RFQs) for the Supplies and Installation of Shredding Machine, Supplies and Installation of Hybrid Solar Thermal Recycling Plant (30kw) and Supplies of Equipment for single use plastic products (Cutters, Molds, tool kits etc.), as per the specifications shared in attached bid forms
Scope of Supply:

The Supplies and Installation of Shredding Machine,

Supplies and Installation of Hybrid Solar Thermal Recycling Plant (30kw) and
-
Supplies of Equipment for single use plastic products (Cutters, Molds, tool kits etc.)
Important Instructions:
Please quote unit rates and total cost, inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
Quotation validity should be minimum 60 days.
No bid will be considered or accepted without sample submission
You can apply in any or all RFQs.
Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 11-03-2026 at 11am at Islamabad Office for any clarification and question before the bid submission.
Kindly submit your quotation on your official letterhead, duly signed and stamped, on or before the given deadline i.e. 13th March , 2026 on or before 11:00 AM at PMS Head Office.
