Job Overview

The Behaviour Therapy Fellow will be responsible for delivering evidence based behavioral interventions, supporting individuals with developmental, behavioral, or psychological challenges. The role requires expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), strong observational skills, and the ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques for behavior modification
• Monitor, record, and evaluate patient progress regularly
• Work closely with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of therapy sessions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, therapists, and medical professionals
• Provide training and guidance to caregivers on behavior management strategies
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and clinical best practices

Requirements

• BS (04 years) in Psychology from a university recognized/equivalent by the Higher Education Commission
• ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Professional Certification is mandatory
• Minimum 03 years of relevant experience (including at least 01 year post-qualification experience)
• Age limit: 24 to 35 years
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavioral interventions
• Excellent observation and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors professionally
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Experience working with children with developmental disorders (e.g., autism spectrum disorder)
• Experience in clinical, rehabilitation, or special education settings
