Job Summary
MALC is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager Human Resources (Female) to lead its Human Resources function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, strengthening talent management systems, and fostering a high-performance organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
- Drive organizational development, training, and leadership development programs.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Support succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal governance policies.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience.
- At least 10 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Age: 35–40 years.
- Experience in large organizations, NGOs, or the healthcare sector will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
