Triangle Génération Humanitaire (TGH) is a French international humanitarian organization implementing emergency, recovery, and development programmes worldwide. In Pakistan, TGH supports vulnerable communities through interventions in livelihoods, WASH, food security, education, protection, and resilience building.

Position Summary

The Finance and Administration Lead is responsible for leading all finance functions while overseeing HR, administration, logistics, procurement, and compliance. The role ensures sound financial management, strong internal controls, compliance with donor and statutory requirements, and efficient operational support to programme implementation. 

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Compliance

  1. Lead budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and budget monitoring.
  2. Ensure accurate accounting, financial reporting, bank reconciliations, and audit readiness.
  3. Ensure compliance with donor regulations, TGH policies, and Pakistani statutory requirements (FBR, EOBI, labour laws, tax, etc.).
  4. Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and financial compliance systems.
  5. Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to the Country Director and SMT.
  6. Support partner financial management, monitoring, and capacity strengthening.

HR, Administration & Logistics

  1. Oversee HR processes including recruitment, contracts, performance management, and personnel administration.
  2. Manage office administration, procurement, logistics, fleet, assets, and vendor contracts.
  3. Ensure procurement and logistics comply with TGH and donor procedures.
  4. Support operational compliance with relevant government authorities and registration requirements.

 Coordination

  1. Develop and strengthen finance, HR, administration, and logistics systems and SOPs.
  2. Support organizational risk management and compliance monitoring.
  3. Represent TGH with auditors, donors, government authorities, and other stakeholders as required.

 Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance and operations management within an INGO or humanitarian organization.
  • Strong knowledge of financial management, donor compliance, budgeting, and internal controls.
  • Sound understanding of Pakistani tax, labour, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing HR, administration, procurement, and logistics functions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Commitment to humanitarian principles and TGH's values.
