An INGO is seeking a Coordination and Information Management Officer for Peshawar to oversee program implementation and partner coordination.

Relevant Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Social Sciences, Information management, International Relation, or relevant technical qualification and or with Diploma in information management sciences or relevant degree/course
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with social/public sector in designing and programming database management system for health and nutrition interventions is required. Must be able to perform database development fundamentals, problem solving, cleaning, tuning, and database security is required.

Job Description:

Mission 1: Build liaison and coordination between Organization and government departments

The position is responsible to:

  • Facilitate regular coordination meetings with government departments, NGOs, UN agencies, and community partners
  •  Support the Department of Health (DoH) in strengthening coordination and health and nutrition data management systems
  •  Organize and facilitate coordination meetings between stakeholders and government counterparts.
  •  Ensure active participation of government officials in project workshops, trainings, and review meetings.
  •  Maintain and regularly update a stakeholder and contacts database, including government departments, UN agencies, INGOs, NGOs, and partner organizations.

Mission 2: Data Analysis and Reporting

The position is responsible to

  • Collect, consolidate programmatic data from implementing partners and field teams.
  • Maintain and update databases, dashboards, and reporting tools to track progress against indicators
  • Prepare and share timely Activity Progress Report (APR)
  • Prepare, compile, and update routine project reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) in coordination with relevant teams.

Mission 3: Support to Department of Health on nutrition information management

The position is responsible to

  • Assist Government Department in strengthening nutrition information management systems.
  • Provide capacity-building support to Government Department OTP Staff on data management, including data collection tools, reporting formats, and analysis.
  • Support Government Department in preparation of presentations, dashboards updates, visualization of nutrition and reporting.
  • Collaborate with relevant government departments, NGOs, and other stakeholders to ensure data integration and sharing.

Mission 4: Proactively support the INGO’s commitments to gender equality and child protection sensitivity

  • Read, fully understand, and promote the INGO’s Gender Minimum Standards and Child Protection Policies.
  • Implement all work‑related activities with a gender, inclusion, and child protection lens, taking into account the different needs, concerns, and ideas of staff and beneficiaries.
  • Ensure and encourage the incorporation of gender equity principles in all policies and activities.
  • Help build an inclusive office environment where people do not feel disadvantaged or judged based on gender or limited due to manageable disability.
