A Not-for-Profit Organization-NPO is looking for enthusiastic/energetic candidate/s for the below mentioned positions with following requirements:

Project Coordinator

District Coordinator

Project Accountant cum Admin

Data Management / Analyst

Community Resource Persons (CRPs) 

Qualifications & Experience

Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies or related discipline.  Project Management or related field. MBBS with MPH preferred; Minimum5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in public health, immunization, or donor-funded projects.
Experience in stakeholder engagement, project planning, monitoring and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of project implementation experience.

Qualifications & Experience

B. Com/BBA/MBA Finance or equivalent.
3–5 years of relevant NGO/INGO

Qualifications & Experience

Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Epidemiology, Public Health, Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in data management and analysis.
Experience with Power BI, SPSS, STATA, DHIS-2, Kobo/ODK preferred

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Sciences or related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of community mobilization, survey or health-sector experience.

The required skill set includes:

Lead overall project implementation and donor compliance.
Develop workplans, budgets, monitoring frameworks and reports.
Liaise with government, EPI, donors and partners.
Supervise project team and ensure achievement of KPIs.
Strong leadership, analytical, report-writing and presentation skills.

The required skill set includes:

Coordinate district activities and supervise field teams.
Maintain liaison with district authorities.
Conduct monitoring visits and prepare progress reports.
Ensure achievement of project targets and compliance requirements.

The required skill set includes:

Budgeting, accounting, reconciliations and financial reporting.
Procurement, inventory, vendor and asset management.
Administrative and event management support.
Ensure compliance with donor and organizational policies.

The required skill set includes:

Develop and maintain databases and dashboards.
Data cleaning, validation, coding and analysis.
Generate reports, visualizations and performance dashboards.
Support monitoring, evaluation, learning and donor reporting.
Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills required.

The required skill set includes:

Conduct community mobilization and awareness sessions.
Support micro-census, registration and outreach activities.
Address vaccine hesitancy and promote routine immunization.
Coordinate with LHWs, LHVs and community influencers.

Maintain field records and activity reports.

Computer skills and good verbal and written communication preferred.  Priority would be given to persons having command on English, Urdu and Pashto languages.  Work Experience in an NGO/INGO would be preferred.  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Type of Contract

Fixed term 9 months (with possibility of extension)

Job Location

Islamabad, Peshawar, Swabi, Bannu and Lakki Marwat with possible travel to other project areas.
