Job Purpose:

Key responsibilities and accountabilities: |

Development of M&E department
Capacity building of M&E, program and/or support staff in program quality and accountability mechanisms and approaches
Contribute to M&E institutionalization and follow-up
Representation in relevant forums and working groups

Technical knowledge/ know how |
Excellent computer skills especially statistical analysis using MS Excel etc.
