CARE Pakistan, part of the global CARE network, focuses on sustainable development and humanitarian efforts to empower marginalized communities. The Strive Women Program, backed by the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth, targets economic empowerment for women-led businesses across Pakistan.

Consultancy Overview:
CARE Pakistan is seeking a consultant firm or service provider to deliver a comprehensive capacity-building program for women-led micro and small enterprises (W-MSEs) in Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan. This project focuses on financial resilience, digital skills, market access, and business growth for W-MSEs.

Consultancy Scope:
The consultancy will entail:

  • Developing Training Content: Create and localize training materials in both Urdu and English, covering business and financial management, digital marketing, e-commerce, and entrepreneurship.
  • Training of Trainers (TOT): Conduct TOT sessions for selected local trainers to build a sustainable training framework.
  • Supervision of Training Delivery: Oversee and support the roll-out of training sessions across the identified cities, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Technical Support: Provide online and on-call assistance to 1,000 registered W-MSEs for guidance in digital skill enhancement.

Deliverables Include:

  • Comprehensive training plans and manuals.
  • TOT sessions for identified trainers and ongoing mentorship.
  • Regular progress and evaluation reports for each training cycle.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and implementing capacity-building programs, ideally with NGOs or international partners.
  • Demonstrated expertise in training on business, finance, and digital topics.
  • Experience delivering hybrid training (online and in-person) is highly desirable.
  • Proven local experience in Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan.

Project Timeline:
Start Date: November 30, 2024
End Date: December 31, 2025
