Vision Trust, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving eye health, is launching a one-year School Screening Program in Karachi, in collaboration with one of our prestigious donors. We are seeking passionate and dedicated professionals to run this donor-supported initiative. Duration: This role is project-based for one year, with potential for extension depending on program needs, performance, and funding.
● Develop a social mobilization strategy and engage with all relevant stakeholders including school management, parents, and communities to promote and execute the program.
● Organize awareness sessions on the importance of eye health and maintain all records.
● Mobilize community participation in school screening activities.
● Coordinate and support logistical arrangements for training and program activities.
● Support data collection from the field, identify and develop success stories, and support overall project statistical and narrative reporting
● Ensure effective and efficient implementation of the program aligning with donor’s and organizational policies and requirements.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in social sciences or a related discipline.
● 1-2 years of experience in community engagement or fieldwork.
● Strong communication, interpersonal and cultural sensitivity skills.
