INVITATION TO TENDER
For School Supplies
A national humanitarian organization invites sealed tenders for the procurement of stationery and school supplies as per the attached financial bids document. Interested suppliers, firms, and companies are requested to submit their financial bids along with the technical bids as mentioned below documents:
- Company Profile
- Registration Certificate
- National Tax Number (NTN) Certificate
- STRN Certificate
- Active Status of FBR
- Relevant past experience (Purchase Order or Contract)
- Last 01-year Bank Statement
- Affidavit stating that the suppliers, firms, and companies has never been blacklisted by any government/semi-government organizations NGO or INGO. Documentary Evidence- Affidavit on Judicial Stamp Paper duly attested.
Terms & Conditions:
a) All items/kits must be delivered to Tharparkar.
b) The bidder shall be responsible for unloading materials at the designated schools.
c) Each kit should be packed in a single box/carton to the maximum extent possible.
d) The successful bidder must deliver the kits within given time frame after contract signing.
e) Financial bids should include all applicable taxes, including withholding tax.
f) Provide the unit price for each item; lump-sum amounts will not be considered.
g) Shortlisted bidders will be required to submit samples (to the maximum extent possible) within three (03) days of intimation. Actual deliveries will be verified against the approved samples.
h) The contracting authority reserves the right to contact submitted bidder purchase order/contract order for reference.
i) Bidder must not be engaged in any corrupt, fraudulent practices, including but not limited to applying/bidding by multiple names/companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices, their bid will be rejected.
j) A Performance Guarantee may be collected from the winning bidder later.
Important Notes:
- Any quoted rate shall remain valid for a period of three (3) years, with an annual 2% inflation adjustment applied each year.
- The tendering organization reserves the exclusive right to make the final decision on all tender processes. The organization's decisions regarding the awarding, rejection, or cancellation of any tender shall be final and binding. These decisions are not subject to challenge, appeal, or review on any platform, including but not limited to legal, administrative, or regulatory forums.
- By participating in the tendering process, bidders acknowledge and accept these terms unconditionally.
All tenders/bids must be stamped and sealed in an envelope containing two envelopes marked A (Financial Bids) and B (Technical Bids) and sent via courier not later than March 28, 2025 to the following address:
