Experience: 15+ years of experience in high-value real estate sales with leading developers like ZEM, Gharana, Eighteen, AAA Associates, and Tameer Developers. Proven track record of selling luxury commercial and residential projects.
Education: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration from a top institution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve PKR 3 billion+ in annual revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales team to maximize client conversion.
- Identify and engage high-net-worth investors, corporate clients, and businesses interested in purchasing commercial units in Takmeel Square.
- Utilize AI-driven CRM tools to track leads, analyze sales performance, and optimize customer acquisition.
- Develop strong relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, and investment firms to generate premium leads.
- Oversee contract negotiations, sales closures, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine pricing and positioning strategies.
KPIs:
- Annual sales growth exceeding 30%.
- Achievement of quarterly sales targets with a closing rate above 70%.
- Onboarding of at least 10 major investors annually.
Key Traits:
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and sales forecasting skills.
- Data-driven approach to sales with experience using CRM tools.
- Ability to close high-value deals and build long-term client relationships.
