Background
The purpose of the Pakistan Country Office (CO) is to ensure the implementation of the Norwegian Red Cross International Strategy at the country level through program support to the National Society partner, as articulated and established in the approved Country Framework. This means that the CO is responsible for ensuring results-based program management, risk management, and operational in-country Movement coordination. Furthermore, the CO is responsible for ensuring program implementation in support of NS partners, in line with established program agreements and program plans. The CO ensures sound technical quality of all country programs, in line with established technical standards and best practices. The CO ensures that Norwegian Red Cross program support is based on regularly updated humanitarian needs analysis in line with established practices. The CO represents the Norwegian Red Cross in the country for external partnerships and relationships. The CO is responsible for in-country security management.

Team Working closely with PMER and Health Teams of PRCS and NorCross CO.

Requirements/Qualifications
• Excellent proficiency in English is essential
• At least a university degree (16 years) in social science, management science or a relevant field
• Experience working in the Red Cross/Red Crescent Movement is an advantage
• At least three years’ experience in providing training. Training experience in public health and related software (DHMIS-2) would be an advantage
• Data analysis, archiving, and data visualization experience strongly preferred
• Excellent report writing skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and infographics skills
• Age limit: 45 years at the time of hiring
• Ability and willingness to travel

The Role and Responsibilities
• Conduct training needs assessment and furnish training need assessment reports
• Designing and developing training programs for staff and coordinate with management for the implementation
• Develop training manuals and material aligned with the needs identified
• Plan, prepare, coordinate, and deliver training as per the need in various intervention locations
• Ensure that training programs and materials are up-to-date and relevant to the needs and trainee received all required resources/material
• Ensure that training programs are effective and conduct assessment before and after training
• Collect and analyze the feedback from employees to identify areas for improvement and implement relevant changes
• Produced good quality reports including need assessment report, training report, monthly /quarterly progress report, and other relevant reports
• Arrange follow up trainings are per the need
• Provide on job support to the staff in field
• Collaborate with PRCS NHQ and provincial branches for training and DHIS-2 related tasks
• Close collaboration with HISP for training on DHIS-2 and other related tasks
• When relevant, actively provide feedback to improve data collection/DHIS-2 system
• Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
