AKHS, P is looking for a seasoned and dynamic Dental Surgeon for its Chitral Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing all dental problems i.e. conservative medicine, oral surgery (simple extraction, impaction, orthodontia and periodontics).
- Organize and conduct training sessions for different level of staff on Oro-dental problems (In-hospital- paramedics), at community level LHVs, CHNs.
- Formulation of acceptable, effective MIS for further improvement and future planning and designing of programs.
- Develop guidelines for prevention and promotion activities on oral hygiene.
- Develop staff skills and support them.
- Crown bridge work
- Prosthetic work
Education, Experience & Competencies:
- Minimum BDS & Trained FCPS with valid license.
- 2 years of relevant experience and practical skills of the job
- Should have an aptitude of working in a multidisciplinary team
- Team working skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Good time management
- Good communication and team building skills
