Position Title: Driver
Location: Islamabad

Purpose of the Role:

To provide safe and reliable transportation services for the organization, ensuring the timely and efficient travel of employees and goods to designated destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Operation:

   • Drive assigned vehicle for business-related purposes.
   • Ensure the vehicle is driven safely and in accordance with local traffic laws and regulations.

2. Maintenance and Cleanliness:

   • Perform routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
   • Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to the supervisor.
   • Ensure the vehicle is clean, inside and outside, before and after each trip.

3. Record Keeping:

   • Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other related documents.
   • Ensure that the vehicle’s insurance, registration, and licenses are up to date.

4. Safety:

   • Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices.
   • Ensure all passengers are wearing seatbelts at all times.
   • Report any unsafe road conditions or potential risks during travel.

5. Other Duties:

   • Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.
   • Support with errands as required by the organization.
   • Provide excellent customer service to passengers.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license (class/type as per local regulations).
• Proven experience as a driver, with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
