Purpose: To ensure efficient data collection, management, and reporting for the district's healthcare services, supporting informed decision-making and effective service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection:
- Collect reports from healthcare providers and supervisors within the district.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of collected data.
- Ensure timely submission of reports.
- Enter and update data into the MIS database.
- Analyse collected data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies and take all corrective measure to rectify the data.
- Prepare regular stock reports as by the district supervisor or provincial manager.
- Submit reports to the district supervisor and provincial MIS team.
- Ensure the clarity and accuracy of reports submitted by the HCPs and supervisors.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations based on the collected data.
- Implement measures to ensure the quality and integrity of the data collected.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies with the support of supervisors and HCPs
- Maintain a system for tracking and reporting on data quality issues.
- Coordinate with the district supervisor and provincial MIS and ICCM team to address data-related needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and supervisors to ensure their understanding of reporting requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Graduate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel)
- Experience with database management and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of healthcare-related data and reporting standards.
