Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors (preferably in business administration, Commerce, public administration)
- Minimum 3 years of Office Management experience, preferably in NGO Sector.
- Knowledge of Security Protocols is essential (both at local level & for foreign delegations).
- Strong administrative and logistical skills.
- Fluency in English and Urdu.
Major Role & Responsibilities:
- The Office In charge will responsible for overall administrative, logistics & Security matters of Islamabad Office.
- Oversee Daily Office Operations and coordinate with Head Office regarding all operational activities of Islamabad Office.
- Manager administrative duties in timely manner and facilitate the ISB Office Team in their operational activities.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, events and conferences
- Arrange and manage logistical support to team.
- Responsible for Facility Management (maintenance, housekeeping, repairs, refreshments)
- Responsible for the arrangement and maintenance of Inventory.
- Ensure Office Safety & Security protocols
- Monitor access control and surveillance
- Respond to security incidents
