Relevant Education & Experience:

Qualification: B.A/B/Sc & LHV

 Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience of conducting surveys, data collection exercises in the reproductive health/family planning sector • Proficient in the use of Tabs for data collection • Must be a local of the area in which the exercise is being conducted • Must have understanding of the structure and workings of the primary, secondary, and tertiary level facilities • Must be able to travel extensively within the targeted tehsil, with some travel (10%) required outside the tehsil as well.

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assessing the allocated health/population welfare facilities in each of the target areas against the assessment tool provided by IHHN.
2. Entering the data in the Assessment Management System in accordance with the guidance provided by IHHN.
3. Attending the day-long Orientation Session as organized by IHHN.
4. In event of being provided with a Tab for purposes of data collection, ensuring its effective use, safeguard and timely return.
5. Maintaining confidentiality and security of data gathered.
