Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduating in 2026 or 2027
• Education in Marketing
• Experience in Google Ads, Email Marketing, Organic Social Media Marketing and Shopify during coursework/projects, research, internships, or practical experience in school or work

Key Responsibilities:

1. Google & Facebook Ads Marketing

• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook.
• Create and manage paid ad campaigns on Google and Facebook.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for medical supplies and B2B healthcare products.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance (CTR, CPC, conversions).
• Suggest optimization strategies to improve ROI.

2. Email Marketing

• Build, maintain customers and leads data for marketing campaigns.
• Support the development of email marketing campaigns email marketing tools.
• Help design templates, write copy, and segment customer lists.
• Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Contribute to A/B testing and campaign optimization.

3. Social Media Marketing

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Support promotional campaigns around product launches and seasonal sales.
• Monitor engagement and community interactions; respond to comments and messages.
• Research trends in the healthcare and wellness space.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelors degree with a major in Marketing.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, Canva, etc.).
• Strong written communication and creative content skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with a desire to learn.
• Interest in healthcare or medical products is a plus
