Job Description:
The roles and responsibilities for this position includes but not limited to:
- Coordination and Technical Support
- Coordinate all MSM and livelihood-related activities with relevant field teams.
- Act as a focal point for MSM and livelihood related interventions at the Head Office level.
- Provide inputs and follow up on guidance from the Project Lead to ensure timely and quality delivery of activities.
 
- Training and Capacity Building
- Support the design and contextualization of MSM training modules.
- Facilitate the organization and rollout of training programs for target beneficiaries and field teams.
 
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Develop and maintain comprehensive checklists and tools for tracking Projects’ progress.
- Monitor the implementation of MSM activities in the field through regular data collection and reporting.
 
- Supervision and Field Support
- Supervise and provide ongoing support to field teams working on livelihood components.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure quality and adherence to implementation guidelines.
- Identify field-level challenges and propose actionable solutions in coordination with the Project Manager.
 
- Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and submit field visit reports, progress updates, and activity briefs.
- Document success stories, challenges, and lessons learned for ongoing improvement of program delivery.
 
Qualification & Experience
Master’s degree or 16 years of education in relevant field with 7 years of relevant experience in livelihood / enterprise development interventions.
