Qualification

Minimum Experience

Master’s Degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration)

More than 4 years of relevant experience

ACCA / ACMA /CA (Finalist) with Articles completed from a reputable CA firm

2 years or more of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing Joint Venture operations and financial matters.
  • Coordinate with JV partners and stakeholders for operational and financial updates.
  • Ensure compliance with JV agreements, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.
  • Prepare and analyze JV budgets, cash calls, and cost recovery statements.
  • Participate in JV audits and provide timely resolutions to queries.
  • Support internal departments on JV-related matters.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ORACLE ERP systems will be a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
