Job Summary:
The MEAL Assistant will support the effective implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) activities under the ILMpact Project. The role ensures quality monitoring, timely reporting, accountability to beneficiaries, and systematic learning to improve project performance in line with British Council standards.

Job Specifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in MEAL, preferably in education projects.
- Experience with data collection tools (KoBo Toolbox or similar).
- Familiarity with donor reporting and online data management systems.
- Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel to field locations.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong experience in data entry, cleaning, validation, and analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and databases.
- Experience using online data management systems and donor reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with KoBo Toolbox, DHIS2, or similar digital data collection tools is an asset.
- Good understanding of data confidentiality and data quality standards.
