INVITATION TO BID

Pak Mission Society (a company licensed under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017) is a national humanitarian organization working for the wellbeing of communities in Pakistan, is launching a Local Open Tender and invites interested suppliers to participate in the procurement procedure for the relevant lot(s):

1.           1. All the goods are for a humanitarian project name “Restoring dignity, reviving hopes - Pakistan Flood response 2025 Multan – Pakistan” an intervention supported by Donor i.e.NCA, Islamabad, Pakistan.

2.           All goods are to be delivered in our Multan Office - Pakistan

3.           The offered prices shall be quoted in PKR only.

4.           The evaluation criteria will be based on a weighted scoring system, comprising 30% for technical evaluation, 40% for financial (price) evaluation and 30% Sample evaluation.

5.           All offers, in English language only, must be delivered to the office mentioned below by 24th November 2025 on or before 5 PM. Late bids will be rejected. Applicants with questions regarding this tender should send then in writing [email protected] up to 24th November 2025 before 5pm.

6.           Tender Will be open on 25th November 2025 12:00pm Zakriya Town Street # 22 Bosan Road Multan. Tenderers and their authorized representative can be present at the opening of tenders.

7.           The successful tenderer shall place a 2.5 % Performance Guarantee upon signing the Contract.

8.           At the time of tender opening, it is mandatory for vendors to submit product samples along with the tender documents. All submitted samples must be clearly stamped and signed by the vendor for verification purposes.

9.           Vendors are required to submit a tender security equivalent to 2.5% of the quoted amount at the time of tender document submission. The tender security should be made in favor of Pak Mission Society (NTN: 3673174).

10.        Tender documents will be available from 10th November 2025 till 24th November 2025 during business hours. Interested tenderers may obtain the Tender Dossier in English at no cost from the Contracting Authority mentioned below.
