Zakat Foundation of America is looking for qualified individual to manage its skill center in Dhirkot, district Bagh, AJ&K.

Project Coordinator (Male/Female)

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, and day-to-day management of the Skill Training Center in Dhirkot, district Bagh, AJ&K. This includes supervising trainers, managing training schedules, coordinating beneficiary engagement, monitoring progress, ensuring quality delivery, and serving as the primary liaison between the community, partner organizations, and ZFA Pakistan Office.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations of the IT Training Center and ensure smooth implementation of all project activities.
  • Develop and manage training schedules, batch planning, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure the computer labs, equipment, and learning environment remain functional and well-maintained.
  • Engage parents, youth groups, and community leaders to ensure high participation, especially of women.
  • Monitor attendance, training progress, assessments, and learning outcomes of trainees.
  • Maintain organized records for all batches (attendance sheets, assessment scores, portfolios, and progress reports).
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports to ZFA management.
  • Coordinate with head office ZFA on daily and weekly basis and update management about the project progress.
  • Support procurement, inventory management, and logistical arrangements when needed.

Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, Development Studies, IT or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, community development, training programs or youth skill development projects.
  • Strong communication, team management, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, basic understanding of digital skills and freelancing platforms is an advantage.
