Collect necessary baseline information about the target community and conduct community mapping and social surveys for WASH and Mobile Health Units in the catchment areas of IDPs and the host community. |

5 |
Identify and prepare a list of leaders, influencers, community activists, and the formation of village health committees etc. |
|||||
|
6 |
Support participatory planning and implementation processes for the identification of water and sanitation schemes at community, schools, and health facilities. |
|||||
|
7 |
Responsible for mobilizing communities to enhance hygiene promotion and ensure active community engagement during the construction of water schemes and the rehabilitation of WASH facilities in schools, community, and health centers. |
|||||
|
8 |
Coordinate with the Project Officer, MEAL, and the Engineer to ensure integrated and coordinated field activities. |
|||||
|
9 |
WASH and preventive health and public health education dissemination to patients and community members. Conduct hygiene promotion sessions and visits. |
|||||
|
10 |
Supervise the community hygiene volunteers. Identification of vulnerable people for the Distribution of hygiene kits. Participate in solid waste clean-up campaigns. |
|||||
|
11 |
Establish strong contact and coordination with the community and volunteers for the introduction of the project and conduct a WASH assessment on the targeted area. |
|||||
|
12 |
Motivate and encourage potential community leaders and volunteer deployment to advocate and promote the project in their community and ensure maximum coverage to Health and WASH interventions. |
|||||
|
13 |
Engage with community networks and plan/implement social mobilization and community engagement activities in hospitals, public/private spaces, malls/markets, mosques, private clinics, etc. |
|||||
|
14 |
Capacity building of village committee members and volunteers through community mobilization and leadership skills. |
|||||
|
15 |
Develop and maintain the necessary documentation and record of all project activities up-date all record at the office level and identify case studies from the community for documentation. |
|||||
|
16 |
Conduct participatory monitoring of water and sanitation facilities usage and maintenance with the community. |
|||||
|
17 |
To inform the local authority and health department if there is an outbreak in the community that requires an immediate response. Keeping up to date with current health promotion trends. |

|
18 |
Provide support to the WASH Officer with adequate information, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, and problem-solving. Record keeping and timely report submission to the supervisor. |

Education |

BA, BS, BSc in relevant field from HEC recognized Institute / University. Master’s degree Holders will be given Preference. |
