Manager Field Operations – Balochistan

Exciting Opportunity to Lead Field Operations in Balochistan

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager Field Operations to oversee and coordinate field interventions in Balochistan. The key initiatives include CM Skills Program for Overseas Employment, TTC Kharan and Construction of Schools at Jhal Magsi and Baiker. The candidate is expected to spend at least seven (07) days at Kharan every month.

The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning abilities, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of problem-solving in challenging environments. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is required, along with fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.

This is a full-time position with a contract duration aligned to project needs. Salary and benefits are competitive and commensurate with experience.
