Key Responsibilities

Plan and conduct community mobilization activities, awareness sessions, and group meetings.

Build relationships with community leaders, local influencers, and stakeholders.

Motivate and inspire communities to actively participate in project interventions.

Collect and compile attendance, field reports, case studies, and feedback.

Ensure effective coordination between community groups and project teams.

Organize trainings, field events, and mobilization campaigns as per work plans.

Maintain high-quality documentation, digital records, and reporting formats.

Support monitoring teams during field visits and ensure data accuracy.

Identify community needs and propose practical solutions to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, data entry systems, Excel reporting, Google Workspace, and digital communication tools).

At least 1 year of experience in community mobilization, field outreach, or the development sector.

Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
-
Must be confident, energetic, and able to inspire diverse community groups.

Ability to handle field travel within Rawalpindi and nearby locations.
-
Strong command of Urdu & English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
