CESVI Foundation – ETS, with support from the World Food Programme (WFP), invites sealed quotations for two (02) consultancy assignments under the Green Climate Fund (GCF)–funded project “Integrated Climate Risk Management for Strengthened Resilience to Climate Change in Shangla District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.”

The project is implemented in District Shangla (04 Union Councils of Besham), a climate-vulnerable area prone to flash floods. The initiative aims to strengthen inclusive and gender-responsive Anticipatory Action (AA) protocols, improve Early Warning Systems (EWS), build institutional capacity, and enhance community preparedness and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR).

Detailed scopes of work, deliverables, and evaluation criteria are provided in Annexure-01 and Annexure-02 with RFQ, attached with this advertisement and available for download. Interested firms, organizations, or individual consultants must carefully review the RFQ before submission.

Bids must be submitted in hard copy, sealed envelopes as a competitive process by 03 February 2026. Submissions should include profile, registrations, relevant experience, completion certificates, samples of similar work (final reports/studies), and evidence of previous assignments with UN agencies, INGOs, or local NGOs.

Preference will be given to bidders with strong technical capacity and local or regional experience.
