Position Summary
The Logistics & Admin Officer will ensure efficient procurement, asset management, and administrative operations aligned with Punjab-based donor compliance requirements and organizational SOPs.
Scope of Work and Key Responsibilities
A. Procurement & Supply Chain
- Prepare procurement plans aligned with project work plans.
- Conduct vendor sourcing in local Punjab markets ensuring competitiveness.
- Ensure procurement thresholds, quotations, and bid analysis compliance.
B. Fleet & Asset Management
- Maintain asset registers (tagging, verification, disposal).
- Manage vehicles, fuel logs, and maintenance schedules.
C. Administrative Operations
- Oversee office management, utilities, and field logistics.
- Facilitate training events, workshops, and community sessions logistics.
D. Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain complete procurement documentation for audits.
- Support finance in verification and reconciliation.

- Monthly procurement and logistics reports

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Finance/Business/Commerce
- 3–5 years of experience
